I. Origin
Two daughters, one workbench, a small brass sample.
Subachi & Shri grew up watching their mother set stones at the kitchen table in Wembley — a slow, careful ritual, performed to the sound of a radio. The first piece they made together, in 2018, was a small pair of jhumkas for a friend's wedding. They sold nine pairs the following week.
What began as a kitchen-table practice is now a quiet atelier on a Surrey high street — but the work has not changed. The same hands, the same wheels, the same slow way.
II. Mission
Real-gold-look jewellery, without the years of saving.
We plate every piece to 22K. We hand-set the stones. We polish, three times, on a soft wheel. The look, the weight, the warmth of real gold — at a smarter spend.
It is the slower way. It is the only way we know. And it is the reason a 500-strong community of brides has trusted us with their mornings, since 2018.
III. Vision
A small, considered world of pieces — passed down.
We do not want to be the biggest atelier in the country. We want to be the one whose pieces sit in a velvet box for twenty years, and come out for a daughter's wedding looking the same as the day they were made.
